Coffee Cupping / Fuglen Oslo Sentrum

Join our monthly cupping from 17:00-18:00! (Limited to 10 people) This is a fun activity where you will learn about our coffees, our roasting process, and the process from coffee cherry to cup. Together we will taste our current coffee selection and talk about the different processes behind them and why we choose these coffees. You can expect to learn how to differentiate between coffees, and single out which types you like and why. Our trained staff will lead you through the history of coffee, learn the ins and outs of specialty coffee and how to talk beans with your local barista. From fruity to funky to fresh, you will learn how to identify flavour notes in coffee by tasting our monthly selection of single origin beans. Whether you want to impress your friends or just expand your coffee knowledge, cupping is a great, immersive introduction into the world of specialty coffee. We will arrange cuppings once a month. Suitable for beginners and coffee connoisseurs alike! Participants also get 30% discount on coffee beans, so if you liked any of the coffees it's a great way to take some home with you!
